The company's shares were listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) in October 2013. Its product portfolio and pipeline currently comprise more than 200 projects.
The company's fiscal year begins on January 1 and ends on December 31 of each year.
The authorized capital amounts to EGP 500 million, while the issued capital amounts to EGP 100 million, divided into 250 million shares with a nominal value of EGP 0.40 per share.
